These terms govern your use of DeLink, operated by LED Secure Infrastructure. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and a real individual. Each person may hold one account, and you must complete identity verification to become a full member. Keep your credentials and second factor secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
Membership, subscriptions, and auto-renewal
DeLink is a paid, ad-free service. Individual membership is billed at $25 per year; organization subscriptions are billed monthly by tier. Payments are handled by our merchant-of-record, who is the seller of record and manages billing and applicable taxes. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds, where offered, follow the merchant-of-record's terms presented at checkout.
Acceptable use
Use DeLink lawfully and professionally. Do not impersonate others, post unlawful or deceptive content, scrape or misuse the service, attempt to create multiple accounts, post fake or expired job listings, or interfere with security. Organizations must act only through their verified representatives and must disclose salary ranges and active hiring status on job postings.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant DeLink a limited license to host and display it to operate the service. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to share it. Content published on behalf of an organization belongs to that organization.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that fail identity verification or our integrity checks. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.
Disclaimers and liability
DeLink is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
